It was Mr. Anil from travel triangle who reached out to me 2-3 days prior the travel since my complaint was escalated and helped reduce the total payable by 1,000 rupees. Long story short would advise you to pay an amount not more than 5 odd ks as an advance and ensure a special last minute condition on email with all situations you can possibly envisage on a crystal clear basis. the hotel was a good one and easily the centrally located 3 star in Katra. stayed st swing highoffers a free drop and pick up to the helipad. While the driver was to take us sight seeing the same came with a lot of conditions which was not specified earlier. The driver who picked us up was extremely helpful but the driver who dropped us was rude and wanted me to pay toll inspite of making him talk to the concerned. You will have to follow up with junaid till a day prior for the drivers number, i was made to feel that I am being extra cautious. The above sums up my experience and I would advise you to self book than going through any agents especially for Kashmir since they will not provide any flexibility on last minute modification on your travel plans which is necessary in kashmir given the situation.

Also We are very thankful for Taxi service in whole trip and My Driver (Khalid bhai) he is very expert in driving and very helpful and polit in nature. Unfortunately my wife having stone sevior pain but Khalid bhai on a very urgent basis move to the hospital and taking all the formalities on Avery fast basis in local language and give best treatment. Next 1 hour she is relief in pain and again we start our trip with good memories. And last again we very thankful to Breath taking holidays, Sana Mam and Khalid bhai.

l staffs, hotel staffs were very polite and supportive. Hotels were far off from the tourist locations and were present in very interior part. Hotel in Gulmarg was beautiful. Cab Driver was also polite and helpful. Gondola Phase 2 was our best memory in the entire trip. It was very beautiful and peaceful. Worth waiting in the queue for the Gondola ride.
